All information collected in sending an email appointment request form is safeguarded to the highest degree possible in the internet age. If you become a counseling client, your initial appointment request might be printed out or electronically stored in your client file. None of your personal information will ever be released to third parties for marketing purposes.
Visitors to this website are never required to register or provide contact information in order to read this website, or its psycho-educational blog posts. It is not required to contact Natalie Cherrix by email -- telephoning for an appointment is an acceptable form of communication, but may have its own privacy limitations not covered by this policy page.

Sensitive information such as credit card data is not collected via this website. Any collection of sensitive information for the purpose of making payment for clinical services is done in person in the office and not online.
